SHIPPING POLICY

Upon placement of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation to your email address. This also confirms that we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation, please verify that you have completed the payment process.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an automated email that includes the tracking information.

 

DELIVERY

Each order can be purchased for free shipping (only for a single shipping location) if the purchase is over HK$500 or above before using the coupon code. If you shop below HK$500 before using the coupon code, you will be required to pay a shipping service fee of HK$50.

Free delivery service is only available in Hong Kong.

The scope of delivery includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and designated outlying areas: Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and Tung Chung; not applicable to the following outlying areas: Cheung Chau, Lantau, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Siu Wan, Shibi, Po Lin Monastery, Tai O and Hong Kong International Airport.

An extra charge of $200 (parcel under 500g) will be charged for oversea delivery.

The delivery service is not available for delivery locations where the truck is not directly accessible. Our delivery service does not cover floors that are not directly accessible by lift. If you have any questions about this, please contact Customer Service before placing your order. If the building lift fails to operate properly during delivery, we will arrange for another delivery time to be delivered again.

The delivery service will be postponed when the gale signal hangs, the red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or if we determine that the delivery is unsafe. The company will contact you to change the delivery date.

Human Nature is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products.

 

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

We do not accept any cancellation after order has been confirmed.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact our Customer Care team at business@humannature.organic with the information regarding the conditions within 7 days of receipt. Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition.

We cannot accept returns of products that cause a skin reaction, since this type of response is caused by an individual’s sensitivity to an ingredient, and cannot be predicted by us. We strongly encourage our customers to purchase sample sizes of our products before investing in a full sized product, to ensure they are not sensitive to any of the ingredients in the product.

Items must be returned to Human Nature within 7 days of receipt.

Please ensure that the packaging remain the same, otherwise it will call into question whether the item was actually used and damaged at that time.

For items returned within 7 days, a store credit or a replacement will be issued (please note: shipping costs will be deducted).  Once we receive the returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days and you will be notified by email.

Human nature reserves the right to request photographic support regarding Defective Merchandise before authorizing a return.

If the goods do not have sufficient inventory and you need to cancel your order, we will notify you by email. If you have made any payment, we will refund you. We will deposit the refund (any amount deducted from your credit card) into your payment account within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the notification email.
